Cleanroom Medical Doors

We successfully installed Jingkai cleanroom medical doors in the sterile production workshop of a pharmaceutical company in India. These doors are made from antibacterial materials with an airtight design, effectively preventing cross-contamination while supporting high-frequency passage. They fully comply with GMP standards, ensuring a clean production environment and efficient workflows.

Medical doors are widely used in healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, sterile rooms, operating theaters, and biological laboratories. They feature smooth and quiet operation with excellent sealing performance, effectively isolating different functional areas to prevent cross-contamination and the spread of pollutants. This ensures a clean and safe medical environment while meeting requirements for high-frequency use and rigorous disinfection. Medical doors provide a safe, reliable, and hygienic professional environment for both medical staff and patients.

1. In hospital operating rooms, doors made from medical-grade antibacterial materials combined with airtight sealing design reduce the pathways for pathogen transmission from the source. They are particularly suitable for medical facilities with high incidence of infectious diseases, alleviating the prevention and control burden on healthcare personnel.

2. In nursing homes / rehabilitation center wards, features such as sensor-activated opening and electric power assistance effectively solve the pain point of healthcare staff being unable to open doors when their hands are occupied. The soft-start and soft-stop design prevents pinching injuries, ensuring safe passage for special groups such as patients and children.

3. Made from high-quality wear-resistant and disinfectant-resistant materials, the door panels are resistant to deformation and fading. Hardware components feature rust-proof design, adapting to the humid and frequently disinfected hospital environment, thereby extending service life.
