Industry: Retail Logistics
Project: High-Speed Insulated Doors for Low-Temperature Distribution Centers
Location: Chicago, USA
We manufactured the Jinkai series high-speed cold storage doors for a global retail giant's fresh produce distribution center. These doors feature -30°C cold resistance and an opening speed of 1.5 meters per second, significantly reducing cold air loss and ensuring an unbroken cold chain.
High-speed cold storage doors have a wide range of applications, covering food processing, pharmaceutical storage, logistics cold chains, and more.
In the food processing sector, they ensure a low-temperature storage environment for raw materials and finished products.
In pharmaceutical storage, they maintain the strict low-temperature conditions required for medicines.
In logistics cold chain operations, they help keep goods at low temperatures during transportation and transfer.
1. In cold chain logistics stations, high-speed cold storage doors are used in conjunction with equipment such as forklifts to enable rapid entry and exit of goods, accommodating the demands of frequent loading and unloading operations, and thereby enhancing overall logistics efficiency.

2.In pharmaceutical storage, high-speed cold storage doors maintain the strict low-temperature conditions required for medicines, ensuring a stable cold environment and safeguarding product quality.

3. In the food processing sector, these doors ensure a low-temperature storage environment for raw materials and finished products. The core advantage lies in efficient temperature control and sealing, reducing energy consumption in cold storage, while supporting multiple operation modes such as manual and electric, thereby enhancing cargo turnover and operational efficiency.
